2. Purposes of Processing

A) Educational and Administrative Purpose

The data of students, alongside their parents or guardians, will be collected and processed to fulfill the centre's educational purpose and deliver all requested services, pursuant to legislation governing universities and training schools. This includes:

  • The assignment of username and password to access the academic record.
  • The execution of administrative and curricular management, including the transfer of data to the competent public authority (Regional Government of Andalusia) or other entities required by Law.

B) Other Purposes (subject to consent)

  • Publication of student photographs from school activities (restricted access).
  • Sending commercial and informative communications from the centre.
  • Retention of data within the alumni database for historical and statistical purposes.

3. Legitimacy

For the core educational purpose:

The lawful basis is the performance of the educational contract and compliance with legal obligations (legislation governing state-subsidised schools/universities).

For other purposes:

The lawful basis is the explicit consent of the interested party (students, parents, and/or guardians).

4. Recipients

Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties to comply with legal obligations (e.g., educational or tax administration) or to execute explicitly requested services. Data transfers are anticipated to educational institutions in cases of collaboration (e.g., Escuela de Arte de San Telmo, University of Wales, Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes).
